Autumn 2001 Oldenburg mare Mom of Bubba Rescued October 2010 Was only 750lbs when rescued now 1250lbs Owned by Loran Wheatley DCHR founder Autumn was rescued in by DCHR in October 2010 and Loran automatically felt a connection with her. after training her how to ride and jump for many months we found out her very interesting history! Autumn actually fractured her knee as a filly and was deemed un-ridable. Having already ridden/jumped her Loran immediately had our vet check her to make sure she was ok. Autumn had a colt named Bubba and he will stay with her forever as she had many other babies in the past taken away so Bubba is her baby that she can keep forever. She is now retired from riding and now just enjoys being loved on and getting lots of daily attention! ...
